As a member of our Fruit & Vegetable team, you will play an key role in maintaining our high standards of freshness, quality, and presentation while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department.
About the Role
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Setting up the shop each morning.
- Preparing fresh juices.
- Cutting and preparing fruit platters and salads.
- Cutting and wrapping fresh produce.
- Rotating stock to ensure freshness.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and tidy cool room.
- Assisting with general daily tasks within the Fruit & Vegetable department.
Working Hours:
- 4:00 am to 2:00 pm
- 5 days per week, including one weekend day (days to be discussed).

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience working in an Australian fruit and vegetable store (essential).
- Strong knowledge of fresh produce.
- Experience with stock rotation and maintaining product quality.
- Excellent attention to cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to commence work at 4:00 am.
