Role Description

We are seeking a versatile and analytical Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role combines full-stack software development with business analysis to design, develop, and enhance scalable applications while gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering technology solutions that drive organizational success. Key responsibilities include

Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve scalability and user experience.

Support deployment, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates for stakeholders.

Ensure solutions comply with security, quality,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), business analysis methodologies, and system design principles.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

Familiarity with back-end development concepts, RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side technologies.

Understanding of relational and NoSQL database concepts.

Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps concepts, and CI/CD practices is an advantage.

Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
