We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our practice on a full time, exclusive, work-from-home basis.

You will take full carriage of family law matters from initial instructions through to finalisation. This includes both financial/property settlement matters and parenting matters.

Your responsibilities will include

- Running files end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy
- Advising clients on financial settlements, property division, superannuation, spousal maintenance and related issues
- Advising clients on parenting arrangements, parental responsibility, relocation and related children’s matters
- Drafting correspondence, court documents, affidavits, financial statements, consent orders and binding financial agreements




- Negotiating settlements and preparing for mediation and Family Dispute Resolution
- Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia as required (or briefing agents where appropriate)
- Managing your own caseload, meeting deadlines, and keeping clients regularly updated
- Working collaboratively with the principal and support staff through our cloud-based systems

This is a genuine file-running role suited to a confident and experienced family lawyer who can work independently while remaining part of a small, supportive team.
