Monday to Friday 6:30am – 2:00pm
About the Role
As the face of our café, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Running food and drinks to customers
- Keeping the café clean, organised and well-presented
- Restocking displays and service areas
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Thrives in a busy, high-volume café environment
- Can remain calm,
organised and efficient during busy rushes
- Has previous café or hospitality experience
- Can multitask and work quickly without compromising customer service
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers
- Is a positive team player with a solid work ethic
