About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while driving sales and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalised styling advice.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktake activities.
- Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with new collections and promotions.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury retail.
- A passion for customer service and creating outstanding shopping experiences.
