Training & development As a sign production specialist and installer, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary (yes-we love to use the bucket truck!).
In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting and building for a wide variety of sign installations. We are a fast-growing visual communications company that seeks a sign installer with experience in installation and production. Are you a problem-solver who can think on your feet?

The Successful Candidate
Self-starter, disciplined - safety-oriented.
Works with management and support teams to satisfy customers and installs projects in line with the company’s vision and values.
Responsible for final stages of signage projects.
Must be customer-focused with a friendly, welcoming disposition and exceptional organizational skills.
Has a Can Do attitude that enjoys the details of projects.
The Successful Candidate Has Sign
Installer 3+ years experience

Consult/interface with customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques as the company grows
