The Role

As a Funeral Conductor / Arranger, you will work closely with families and the local team to arrange and conduct dignified funeral services. You will play a key role in ensuring services run smoothly while providing empathetic, professional support to families during their time of need.

Key responsibilities include

- Meeting with families to arrange and coordinate funeral services in line with their wishes - Conducting and overseeing funeral services with professionalism and respect - Providing exceptional customer service to families, clients, and internal stakeholders - Supporting day-to-day operations at the location - Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards - Assisting with preparation, coordination, and service delivery as required - Contributing to a collaborative and respectful team environment - Supporting health, safety,



and wellbeing standards in the workplace About You Essential:
- Experience in a service-focused environment or the ability to quickly learn - Current unrestricted driver’s licence - Comfortable working in circumstances involving death, grief, and deceased persons - Strong communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach - High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Sensitivity and respect for diverse values, beliefs, and cultural practices - Physically and psychologically fit to manage manual handling, stress, and the inherent requirements of the role Desirable:
