Supporting the Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of both the business and the people within it - empowering them to thrive, stay connected, and deliver exceptional service. Our growing Flight Centre Luxury teams are evolving to meet the increasing desire for flexibility. To meet the demands of a changing market and create greater flexibility for our business and teams, we are expanding on the success of our existing remote businesses and we are looking for a Remote/Hybrid Future Team Leader for our Luxury Queensland team.

Responsibilities - Managing all OBW Business and Operating systems

- Meeting shop Budget and P&L; expectations
- Coaching and developing team members
- Providing vision and motivation for the team
