Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Gaming Manager to join the leadership team at Bli Bli Hotel. This opportunity would suit an experienced Gaming Supervisor ready to step into management, an Assistant Manager with strong gaming knowledge who wants to lead their own department, or an established Gaming Manager looking for greater ownership within a growing hospitality group.

You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of Bli Bli Hotel’s large, up-to-date gaming room on its own dedicated level. You’ll develop the team and maintain strong service, compliance and performance standards—with support from the Venue's Leadership Team and Redcape’s Senior Gaming Managers.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, roster and develop the gaming team through clear expectations and regular coaching
- Create a welcoming experience for regulars and build strong customer relationships
- Maintain high standards across gaming service, presentation and daily operations
- Keep the department compliant with gaming, liquor, safety and venue requirements




- Monitor performance and contribute ideas that strengthen the gaming operation
- Work closely with the Venue Manager and wider leadership team

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Gaming Supervisor, Gaming Manager or Assistant Manager with strong gaming knowledge
- Strong understanding of Queensland gaming operations and compliance requirements
- A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching people and setting clear standards
- Confidence managing rosters, daily operations and department performance
- Current Queensland RSA and RSG; CLO accreditation will be highly regarded
- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
