Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full-time Gaming Supervisor to join the team at The Willow Hotel in Moorooka. This opportunity suits an experienced Gaming Attendant ready for their first leadership role or an existing Gaming Supervisor looking for stronger support and a future pathway towards Gaming Manager.

Gaming is an important part of Redcape’s venue operations. You’ll be supported by experienced venue and gaming leaders who understand the floor, mentor their teams and provide ongoing training and development to help people progress in their careers.

What You’ll Do

- Work closely with the Gaming Manager, supporting team leadership, daily operations and department priorities
- Lead gaming operations and take ownership of the floor during rostered shifts
- Guide and support Gaming Attendants throughout service
- Build relationships with regular customers and deliver attentive service
- Complete gaming transactions, payouts, cash handling and reconciliations accurately




- Maintain strong standards across compliance, presentation and responsible gambling while resolving issues as they arise

What We’re Looking For

- Gaming experience as an Attendant, Senior Attendant or Supervisor
- Ready to lead shifts, back the team and keep the floor running smoothly
- Sharp attention to detail across cash counts, payouts and reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of Queensland gaming compliance and responsible gambling
- Current Queensland RSA and RSG, with CLO certification or willingness to obtain it
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
