About The Role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for working alongside a team to enhance green spaces across various contracts around SEQ This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment

Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard

Complete service requests as required

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures Perks Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish

Possibility of overtime in warmer months What are we looking for? Previous experience in Gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation and mulching





Valid Manual Drivers Licence

White Card

Highly regarded: Working at heights, ACDC licence, EWP, Working with Children

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually

Be punctual and reliable

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
