Based at our Montrose premises, we are seeking a leader for our established Team of 30+ people.

The successful applicant will be well presented, well spoken and confident and be empathetic with a desire to help people and intent on establishing long term relationships with staff and clients.

Automobility is one of the largest manufacturers of wheelchair access vehicles in Australia.

To support our ongoing activities, we require the services of an experienced General Manager to consolidate and further improve our overall systems, processes and operations.

Reporting to our CEO and working closely with our Management Team, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the business including liaison with various departments to ensure the seamless, effective and profitable operation of the company.





Applicants must have a proven background in senior management and excellent inter-personal and time management skills, be highly computer literate and competent with Excel, Word, and CRM’s. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are also a prerequisite.

Knowledge of engineering and vehicle manufacturing and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

A genuine compassion and empathy for persons with mobility issues is an important quality.
