The Opportunity
This is a true leadership role that influences every part of the business. In close partnership with the Director you will be the trusted second in command, setting strategic direction across Sales, Property Management, Finance and Operations while ensuring the highest professional and legislative standards.
You will have authority to improve systems, develop leaders, strengthen accountability and create an workplace where clients and staff thrive. This is not about maintaining the status quo; it’s about shaping what comes next.
Your Role
- Lead the business from an operational and compliance perspective
- Act as the agency's Licensed Real Estate Agent and Bona Fide Control holder
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement
- Co‑coach department leaders to improve performance and consistency
- Ensure trust accounting, compliance obligations and legislative requirements are managed to the highest standard
- Review business processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and growth
- Support the continued expansion of the Sales business, Rent Roll and Finance division
- Manage escalated client matters with confidence and professionalism
- Provide practical leadership that earns respect rather than demands it
