The Opportunity An established and internationally recognised luxury fine jewellery brand is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the business through its next phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with the Founder of a highly respected contemporary luxury brand, taking ownership of the commercial strategy and day-to-day leadership of a growing business with a global customer base.

Designed in Australia and crafted using exceptional natural diamonds, coloured gemstones , the highest grade of gold , the brand has built a reputation for timeless design, craftsmanship and an elevated client experience. With continued expansion across retail, ecommerce and international wholesale, we are looking for a commercially minded leader who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence.

You will lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, ecommerce, retail, production, finance and operations, ensuring every aspect of the business delivers exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards expected of a luxury brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Leadership

- Develop and execute the company's strategic and annual business plans.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and long-term commercial performance.
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance and forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead strategic initiatives across retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels.
- Partner closely with the Founder to shape the future direction of the business.

Brand, Marketing & Client Experience
- Lead the annual marketing and communications strategy.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across every customer touchpoint.
- Oversee CRM, email marketing, digital campaigns, PR, partnerships, events and seasonal launches.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value through data-led marketing initiatives.
- Protect and strengthen the brand's luxury positioning while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Ecommerce & Digital Growth
- Lead the ecommerce strategy with a solid focus on Shopify performance and optimisation.
- Improve website conversion, merchandising, UX and customer journey.
- Oversee SEO, paid media,



content strategy and digital growth initiatives.
- Analyse performance data and implement initiatives that maximise online revenue.
- Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Retail & Wholesale
- Oversee the performance of the flagship boutique.
- Develop clienteling strategies that build lasting customer relationships.
- Grow domestic and international wholesale partnerships.
- Lead luxury events, trunk shows and strategic brand collaborations.
- Identify opportunities for international expansion.

Operations & Finance
- Oversee daily operations, production, inventory and supply chain management.
- Develop scalable systems and processes to support continued growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability and cash flow.
- Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
- Partner with external accountants, suppliers and key business advisors.

Leadership
- Inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable and performance-driven culture.
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs and career development pathways.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence.

About You You are an experienced commercial leader who understands the unique balance between creativity, craftsmanship and commercial success within the luxury sector. You have successfully led premium or luxury brands and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sustainable business growth. Equally comfortable discussing financial forecasts, ecommerce performance, marketing strategy or retail operations, you enjoy working across every aspect of a dynamic business.

Skills & Experience





- Proven senior leadership experience within luxury fine jewellery, luxury retail, fashion or premium consumer brands.
- Demonstrated success leading business growth across retail, ecommerce and wholesale.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, with experience improving digital performance, online conversion and customer journey.
- Experience with CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing, customer retention and digital acquisition strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing high-performing cultures.
- Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing external agencies, technology partners and suppliers.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and exceptional attention to detail.
