As we continue to build our leadership capability, we are seeking an experienced and astute General Manager (GM) – Operations to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our mining operations strategy.
Position Overview
The General Manager – Operations is accountable for the leadership, management and performance of all mining and processing operations for Maritana Minerals.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer,
this executive leadership role will work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver the Company's mining and processing strategy and production growth objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, sustainable and cost-effective mining and processing outcomes while ensuring operational readiness, production performance, workforce capability, contractor management and continuous improvement initiatives support the successful execution of Maritana’s growth strategy.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the GM Ops will contribute to strategic planning, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement and organisational culture.
