About the role
The Referral Unit Officer provides confidential administrative and data management support to ensure accurate and timely processing of CAFHS referrals and client information.
The role also delivers high-quality customer service by coordinating client bookings and working collaboratively with the Child and Family Health Service administration team to support efficient service delivery.
Key duties of the role
- Provide a timely service for the day-to-day data input, gathering and collation of CaFHS client information
- Contribute to the effective coordination, management and integrity of CaFHS client information systems
- Provide positive, friendly, courteous and helpful interactions with internal and external customers.
- Support and actively participate in a positive culture and safe work environment
- Provision of an efficient and coordinated customer booking system
- Participate in the review and continuous improvement and quality activities of the office systems
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience providing efficient administrative and data entry support services in a rapid-paced environment.
- Ability to manage confidential information and maintain accuracy in data and records management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload, multitask, and adapt to changing work environments independently and within a team.
