At SwiftAI Recruit , we are mass-hiring 100 Open Source/Github Contributors to design and engineer highly complex Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments that push the limits of advanced AI reasoning. In this role, you will build reproducible software environments and provide golden reference solutions to challenge and train AI models on resolving bugs, refactoring systems, and building new features.

To qualify, applicants must have a public open-source footprint (GitHub/GitLab) showcasing production-quality code.

? Rate: $50 - $100 / hour (Paid per output task)

? Location: 100% Remote

?️ What You’ll Do:

- Create RL Environments: Design simulation environments to test an AI model’s capacity to solve complex, real-world algorithmic problems.
- Write Reference Code: Author high-quality "golden reference" code solutions and comprehensive technical documentation for codebase refactoring and performance tuning.
- Optimize Open Source Infrastructure: Resolve technical bottlenecks, identify performance issues, and collaborate asynchronously with distributed technical stakeholders.





? Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Active Open Source/Github Profile: A clear, verifiable GitHub or GitLab profile showcasing open-source contributions.
- Language Mastery: Flawless development depth in one or more core languages: C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust .
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of complex data structures, algorithm optimization, and managing large-scale, distributed codebases.
- Output-Driven: Comfortable with an output-based compensation structure (paid per completed task meeting project specifications).
