North Lakes Gold Buyers, part of Gold Brokers Group, is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to assist customers buying and selling jewellery, scrap precious metals and bullion products at our Canberra store and South East Queensland locations. You will deliver exceptional service, communicate clearly with customers, and support refinery operations, inventory handling and day-to-day production activities within our growing bullion business.
