Change Medical is partnering with a rapidly growing Australian telehealth provider delivering structured ADHD assessment and treatment through a modern, clinician-led multidisciplinary model. As patient demand continues to grow, we are seeking a Queensland-based Vocationally Registered General Practitioner who is approved to assess ADHD and prescribe psychostimulant medication in accordance with Queensland Health requirements.

The Opportunity

You will provide comprehensive telehealth consultations for patients undergoing ADHD assessment and treatment, including diagnosis, medication initiation and ongoing management within a structured, evidence-based clinical framework. The service has been designed to minimise administrative burden through comprehensive patient pre-screening, streamlined workflows and dedicated operational support, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.

Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to the delivery of protected, compliant and high-quality ADHD care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments via telehealth
- Review patient histories, screening questionnaires and supporting documentation
- Diagnose ADHD and associated presentations where clinically appropriate
- Initiate and manage psychostimulant prescribing in accordance with Queensland regulations




- Perform medication reviews and ongoing follow-up consultations
- Develop individualised management plans
- Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

About You

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner
- Currently residing and practising in Queensland
- Approved to assess ADHD and prescribe psychostimulant medications in accordance with current Queensland Health requirements
- Experience managing ADHD, mental health or neurodevelopmental conditions is highly regarded
- Comfortable consulting via telehealth within a structured clinical model
- Excellent communication, documentation and clinical decision-making skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
