About the Program Dimensional Fund Advisors is a global investment firm that offers a 24‑month graduate program starting January2027. The program provides rotations within the Global Client Group, primarily in the Sydney office. Two positions are available, both based in Sydney. Participants will work in Client Services and Sales Operations and will collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities - Deliver operational support across the Global Client Group.

- Assist with analysis, problem solving, reporting and research.
- Collaborate with teams locally and globally.
- Work within the Client Services and Sales Operations departments.

Qualifications and Requirements - Fully degree qualified by the end of2026.

- Excellent academic achievement.
- Demonstrated excellence in extracurricular activities, internships or work experience.
- Interest in financial markets and an understanding of DFA’s investment philosophy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a structured and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to absorb and apply information from formal and informal learning.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new programs.
