Lila Beauty is Australia's leading Asian Beauty online retailer specializing in Korean and Japanese Beauty Skincare and Makeup products. Our goal is to enhance the visibility and availability of these trending products in Australia!

This is a full-time role for 12 months (with the possibility of extension until 18 months). Salary to be commensurate with experience. Indicatively, we have banded the role at $65,000 to $75,000 + superannuation.

Qualifications & experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cater to different audiences
- Expert knowledge of the constant changing digital landscape
- Experiences in software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere WordPress InDesign & Illustrator, Meta, Shopify, TikTok, and YouTube etc
- Solid attention to detail and creative mind with an interest in advertising, branding and story telling
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to complete projects
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing and content creation with Relevant hands-on video editing, directing and graphic designing experiences
- Experience in SEO and eCommerce




- An interest in Asian Beauty skincare and familiarity with products is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

- Create, edit and maintain engaging content for use across various social media platforms
- Capture and edit content for use as required for our platforms
- Stay up to date on emerging digital and social media trends to identify opportunities to produce fresh content ideas
- Develop a unified content strategy to align with brand's objectives and ensure consistency in brand styling and tone across all platforms
- Write catchy and on-brand captions that speak and connect to our audience
- Review data and analytics to continuously optimize content and marketing strategy
- Identify, collaborate and manage influencers to produce standout content
- Assist with the visual design of promotional materials as needed
- Support the planning and execution of EDMs, website content and digital campaigns.
