Hi-Tec Oils is a leading Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of lubricants, batteries, and industrial products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and provide in house creative support across our brand, products, sales channels, and promotional activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys variety and wants to see their work come to life across product packaging, catalogues, digital campaigns, events, advertising, and customer-facing materials.

Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will play a key role in maintaining our brand identity and delivering high quality creative solutions that support business growth.

About the Role

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of marketing assets, including:

- Product catalogues, brochures, flyers, technical documents, and sales collateral
- Product labels, packaging artwork, and promotional materials
- Digital assets for websites, email campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media
- Event and trade show materials including banners, signage, displays, and promotional collateral
- Customer and distributor-specific marketing materials
- Brand templates and creative resources to support consistent brand execution

You will work across multiple projects, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other internal teams to deliver creative solutions on time and to a high standard.

About You

We are looking for a creative and organised Graphic Designer who can manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work in a fast paced workplace.





You will have

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Graphic Designer role
- Experience working with marketing teams and supporting sales functions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design capability
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Advanced Canva Pro experience
- Experience preparing artwork for commercial printing and large-format signage
- Understanding of digital design requirements for websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing
- Basic photo editing and retouching skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines

Experience That Will Be Highly Regarded

- Experience within manufacturing, automotive, industrial, B2B, or oil and gas industries
- Experience designing product packaging, labels, catalogues, and technical marketing materials
- Experience supporting trade shows, events, sponsorships, or product launches
- Understanding of brand governance and maintaining consistency across multiple platforms
