We are seeking a Greenkeeper to join the team to take The Springs to the next level. This is an exciting prospect to be a part of a growing team to position The Springs as a leading golf course not just here on the Central Coast nor NSW but Australia wide.

About the role

- Responsibility for the delivery of the golf course and surrounding grounds to meet the standards as set down by Management and Owner.
- Assisting Course Super to implement project programs that meet agreed budgets.
- Provide solutions to ensure the continuous improvement of the golf course and surrounding environment.
- Assist with maintaining appropriate records related to maintenance, WHS,



and Environmental compliance.

Proven Skills in the following

- Be confident in all areas of WH&S; and other duties related to daily and weekly golf course maintenance.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Operating machinery (mowers, tractors)
- Physical fitness and outdoor work ability
- Time management (early starts, routine upkeep)
- Teamwork and reliability
- Current Drivers License.
- Golf course experience an advantage
