About The Role
Wehaverecentlyrelocatedto brand new, architecturally designedoffices in Sutherland, close to public transport,foodhubsand gyms!

The primary purpose of this role istoprovide quality, customer focused administrative andpractical support to, boththe Human Resources Team and theorganisation. With a focus on ensuringcompany compliance andthe delivery ofPayroll and HR related processesandobjectives.
Key responsibilities include but arenot limited to:
- Triage HRrelated enquiries, providing excellent customer service andsupport.
- Assist withHR reporting and drafting of HRcorrespondence.
- Manage,track and report on employee compliancerequirements.
- Record andmanage employee records andmaintainsysteminformation.
- Coordinateonboarding andexitinterviewsandcasualtopermanentconversionprocesses.
- Administerrequests forconflict ofinterestforms,flexible workarrangements,secondaryemploymentand parentalleave .
- SupportReward and R ecognitionandotherHR related continuous improvementprojects.
- Providesupport to theManager,Human Resources andExecutive,People & Cultureonprojects andcommon industrial matters.
- Assistwith the administration of each stage ofthe employee life cycle.
About You
Attention to detail, anexceptionalmultitaskerand the ability to work withinafast-pacedenvironment arethekeyattributesyou will need to be successful inthis role.
- Entry levelexperience supporting a Human Resourcesfunction.
- Provenproblem-solvingskillsand anexcellent teamworker.
- Qualityandresultsdriven
- Demonstratedability tofosterstrong stakeholderrelationships.
- ExcellenttechnologycapabilitywithstrongMS Officeskills.
- Ability tocalmly coordinate multiple projectssimultaneously.
- Qualification or currently studying Human Resourcesor similar.
- Experiencein Disability Sector orsimilar.
- HRCompliance experience.
- Knowledge ofthe SCHADS award.
