We are seeking an Trainee Service Advisor/Service Receptionist to join our expanding Service Team at our Dealership in Rockingham.

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be trained to contribute to an efficient and profitable Service department, through the booking, greeting and managing daily customer relations for the service department.

Duties will include:

- General office duties
- Answer phone and email enquiries
- Ensuring customer requirements are met within a timely manner

Skills and Experience:

- Some retail or customer facing experience preferred
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- The right to work in Western Australia
- Current Australian Police clearance
- Current Australian Driver's License
- The ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
