Belgravia Leisure, Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre, is seeking enthusiastic Duty Managers for casual roles in Melbourne’s Oak Park area. You will co-ordinate daily operations with safety and service quality, lead staff, and communicate with a diverse patron base to ensure protected, enjoyable visits.
Ideal candidates are energetic, dynamic and customer-service oriented, with the ability to handle pressure and work mornings, evenings and weekends. Lifeguard shifts are a weekly requirement.
