The successful applicant will undertake day-to-day maintenance and minor works of the College facilities.

It is essential that you;

- Be able to respond to all College facility related issues including minor repairs and general maintenance requirements.

- Keep grounds and buildings presentable, clean, secure and useable for students and staff.

- Lift and move equipment and furniture.

- Supervise and coordinate contractors as required.

- Occasional garden and lawn maintenance

- Have knowledge of and the willingness to observe and implement WHS policies and practices.

- Must hold a current driver’s licence.

- Have demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Have demonstrated ability to follow direction, prioritise and meet set deadlines.

- Have demonstrated interpersonal skills in working with a range of personnel.

- Have excellent Communications skills.

- The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment Health Assessment.

- A relevant trade qualification is desirable, but not necessary.
