About the Role

We operate a large-scale manufacturing facility in NSW, also operating our olive farms, vineyards, and vegetable farms across the state.

These integrated operations work together to produce supplements, high-quality olive oil and fresh agricultural products supplied to our business, including manufacturing, food service, and restaurants.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundworker / Farm Hand to join our team in the Hunter Valley.

This is a full time, hands-on role responsible for maintaining the grounds, farm infrastructure and supporting vineyard operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Farm Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the presentation of the property and surrounding grounds

- Mowing, whipper snippering, hedge trimming and pruning





- General maintenance of sheds, workshops and farm infrastructure

- Performing basic farm repairs and upkeep

- Assisting with vineyard work during seasonal periods

- Operating equipment safely and following all workplace safety procedures

- Manual handling duties, including lifting up to 25kg

Requirements

- Previous experience in a farm hand, grounds maintenance or rural maintenance role
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently

- ChemCert accreditation (essential)

- Forklift licence (highly desirable)

- Ability to undertake physically demanding work, including lifting up to 25kg
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport

- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high standard of presentation
