The RoleThis role is pivotal to the finance function, Acting as the 2IC to the Head of Finance you will take charge of a small team with responsibilities including:

- Timely and accurate delivery of consolidated management reporting packages, including detailed analysis and commentaries on key variances
- Review of division and group level performance against budgets, forecasts and key drivers of financial performance
- Annual statutory reporting




- Interpretation of accounting standards and implementing any changes across the group as they arise
- Strategic business partnering with key divisions in the business
- Continuous improvement projects such as systems upgrades and transformation
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members

About YouTo be considered for this role, you will be CA qualified with a minimum of 6 years total experience. You will either be making your first move from a Big 4/Mid Tier Audit firm or from a complex commercial business, having started your career in Public Accounting previously. You will be an aspiring future leader who is driven, eager to learn and possesses impeccable communication skills with various stakeholders (finance, non-finance, team members and Executive Leaders etc).
