Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Leadership

- Drive business performance across key financial and operational metrics

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets

- Analyse business data to identify opportunities and improve results

- Deliver sustainable revenue and earnings growth

People Leadership

- Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional people

- Build leadership capability across the organisation

- Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture

- Coach managers and support career development

Operational Excellence

- Ensure effective systems, processes, and controls are in place





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational delivery

- Lead execution of key business priorities

Growth & Strategy

- Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives

- Identify opportunities to improve performance and scale the business

- Support integration, transformation, and expansion projects

- Execute growth plans with urgency and discipline

Skills & Experience:

- Proven leadership experience in a General Management, Operations, Commercial Leadership, or Business Leadership role

- Strong financial and commercial acumen

- Experience leading and developing teams

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Track record of driving growth and operational improvement

- Experience in service-based, trades, hospitality, facilities management, membership, or multi-site environments will be highly regarded
