We are seeking an experienced HC Driver to join our Albany branch on a full time basis. The role involves transporting earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently to customer sites, branches, and project locations.

Please note: Machinery operators should only apply if they have heavy haulage experience and hold a HC class driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport oversized loads to customer sites.
- Conduct thorough pre-start checks before transportation.
- Ensure loads are securely fastened before and during transit.
- Adhere to safety standards, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.
- Perform maintenance on trucks and equipment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
- Load and unload equipment independently.
- Perform local deliveries,



primarily driving on highways and interstate routes.

Essential Criteria:

- Must have a HC Driver’s License.
- Road Ranger and float experience (mandatory)
- Holding a valid MSIC is highly regarded.
- Machinery operation tickets are desirable
- Forklift License preferred.
- Strong knowledge and practice of OH&S; standards.
- Experience with long-distance trips.
- Heavy haulage experience required.
- Experience with quad and dolly trailers preferred.
- Capable of performing routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience transporting oversized loads.
- Ability to pass a medical exam, including drug and alcohol screening.
