Key Responsibilities:

As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen with confidence and creativity, overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-performing environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation, upholding professional kitchen standards, and mentoring junior staff to support their growth and performance.

- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Develop innovative menus and ensure culinary excellence.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.




- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
- Food Safety Supervisor – Or ability to obtain.
