automation and better ways of working while protecting the judgement andrelationships that great broking is built on.

- 5+ years' mortgage brokingexperiencen
- Leadership experienceacross brokers and/or support teamsn
- Strong residential,investment and complex lending expertisen
- Current lenderaccreditations (MFAA/FBAA highly regarded)n
