About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead strategic growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities and support the continued expansion of our network.

This role will suit a commercially minded leader with strong business development experience, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to convert strategy into measurable growth outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute a national growth strategy
- Identify and pursue new business and network expansion opportunities
- Build strong relationships with prospects, business owners, principals, and industry partners
- Manage and report on the growth pipeline
- Work closely with marketing, operations, leadership and network teams
- Support agent attraction, office growth and strategic recruitment initiatives
- Represent the business professionally in market-facing conversations
- Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities

About you

You will bring

- Senior experience in growth, sales,



business development, franchise development or commercial leadership
- Proven ability to identify, nurture and convert opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercial discipline and experience managing a pipeline
- Confident presentation skills
- A proactive, strategic and results-focused approach
- Experience in real estate, franchising, property or network-based businesses will be highly regarded
