About your new company

You will be joining a rapid-growing renewable energy platform focused on building a portfolio of utility-scale solar, battery storage (BESS) and hybrid energy assets within the National Electricity Market (NEM), supported by a long-term infrastructure investment mandate.

About your new role

This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving the energy markets and offtake strategy across a growing pipeline of renewable and storage assets. You will take ownership of originating, structuring and negotiating PPAs, tolling agreements and other complex commercial arrangements that underpin project bankability and long-term portfolio value.

You will also play a key role in shaping market-facing strategy, including development of price views, revenue forecasting and optimisation approaches across both contracted and merchant exposure.

A strong understanding of the development approval process for renewable energy projects will be highly valuable, ensuring commercial strategies are aligned with delivery timelines, permitting risk and investment milestones.

About you

You bring a strong finance and commercial mindset, with deep experience in energy markets, infrastructure or renewables. You have a proven track record of originating,



structuring and negotiating offtake agreements and broader commercial contracts across solar, wind or battery storage projects.

You will likely have

- Strong experience in the NEM and renewable energy commercialisation
- Demonstrated success in PPA origination and negotiation with retailers, corporates, utilities or traders
- Strong capability in financial analysis, revenue modelling and risk assessment
- Experience working across development, construction and/or operational asset phases
- A solid understanding of how development approvals and regulatory pathways impact project feasibility and contracting strategy
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
