What you have to do

- Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
- Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders
- Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities




- Supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures, and ensure project delivery accordingly to the project milestones

What you need to have

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering and Automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in handling projects, possess good project management skills, and being able to use various tools to support project delivery
- Knowledge in warehouse operations, logistic management, or solution design in 3PL, automation and related fields
- Organized and detail-minded, with strong communication and negotiation skills, with previous work record working directly with customers for project implementation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Frequent business travel is required within Asia-Pacific region including but not limited to China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia
