Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) is seeking a Supporter Services Team Leader to supervise the Supporter Services function and deliver high-quality donor experiences across all touchpoints at our Randwick campus.

You will coach a Supporter Services Representative and casual staff while remaining actively involved in donor care activities, including processing donations and enquiries, with a solid focus on data quality and continuous improvement.
