The Role

We're looking for a motivated, energetic Account Coordinator who genuinely loves hospitality and food culture, and wants to build a career in PR.

You’ll support high-profile clients across traditional media, events, influencer relations and content.

You’ll get exposure to every part of agency life—and the space to step up and make your mark.

What You'll Do

- Work across multiple client accounts, supporting senior staff on day-to-day activity
- Assist in delivering PR, event and influencer strategies that drive coverage and hype
- Build genuine relationships with media and creators to secure results
- Manage smaller clients independently (with support as needed)
- Track, monitor and report on media coverage and competitor activity
- Draft media releases, invites, social captions and other campaign assets




- Attend meetings, events and site visits; take notes, prep docs and keep things moving
- Support guest list management, RSVPs and on-site event logistics
- Stay across trends in food, drink and pop culture (and know what's next)
- Contribute ideas to brainstorms and team discussions

Who You Are

- You understand how media and social work in Australia
- Proactive, reliable, and you don't wait to be told twice
- Strong writing skills, and you want to keep getting better
- Comfortable creating social content and strategies
- Organised, detail-oriented, juggle multiple tasks
- Can communicate confidently with media, influencers and stakeholders
- Genuinely interested in food, drink and what's next
- A cooperative team player who also thrives independently and takes responsibility
