Paragon Plumbing WA is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead site operations, oversee mechanical installations, and mentor trade teams on major commercial and industrial projects. You’ll connect project engineering, site crews, and clients while driving execution, HSEQ standards, and technical compliance.

Responsibilities

- Site Leadership: Lead trade teams and subcontractors, including toolbox talks and inductions.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, including chilled water, condenser water, and plant room services.
- Project Coordination: Interpret BIM models, schematics, and blueprints to support accurate installation.
- Compliance & QA: Ensure work meets NCC/AS codes, project specs, and relevant awards.
- HSEQ Leadership:



Promote Zero Harm and manage SWMS, JSEAs, and safety plans.
- Procurement & Inventory: Manage take-offs, inventory, and delivery forecasts to maintain progress.

Qualifications

- Trade Qualifications: Mechanical services/plumbing background with supervisory experience on major HVAC projects.

Required Skills

- Technical Expertise: Experience with chilled water plants, plant rooms, and mechanical piping.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to read BIM models and digital design documents; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Safety First Mindset: Strong knowledge of WA WHS/OSH requirements and daily SWMS management.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and head contractor relationships.
- Valid Driver’s License: Full C-Class driver's license.
