Are you a proven closer who knows how to turn conversations into decisions?

Clean Health Group is looking for an experienced, commercially driven High-Ticket Sales Closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment. You’ll sell premium education programs to people who have already taken the first step towards transforming their careers in fitness, nutrition and health. You’ll work with a consistent flow of inbound and outbound opportunities, a globally recognised brand and products that deliver genuine, life-changing outcomes.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We’re looking for someone who understands the complete sales process, knows how to uncover the real reason behind a prospect’s enquiry, confidently handles objections and asks for the sale.

The opportunity

You’ll join an established sales team with:

What you’ll do

- Consult with prospective students by phone and help them select the right education pathway
- Convert warm inbound enquiries and proactively work outbound opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and discovery through to objection handling, follow-up and close




- Build urgency and momentum without compromising the customer experience
- Maintain a high-volume pipeline and accurate activity records in HubSpot
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and conversion targets
- Follow up with discipline and ensure valuable opportunities don’t go cold
- Deliver a professional, confident and personalised experience during every interaction

What you’ll bring

- At least two years’ demonstrated success in a high-volume, target-driven sales environment
- Proven experience closing high-ticket products or services by telephone or video
- A solid understanding of consultative selling, discovery, objection handling and closing techniques
- Exceptional telephone communication and the confidence to lead a sales conversation
- The resilience, discipline and competitive drive required to perform consistently
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up habits
- Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- The ability to work independently and remain highly accountable in a remote environment
- Formal sales training or demonstrated mastery of a structured sales methodology

Experience in education, fitness, health, coaching or another high-ticket consumer sales environment will be highly regarded.
