∙ To ensure all properties let within the business are maintained at an appropriate standard in all aspects from Housekeeping to Repairs and Maintenance. This is a key role within the business, as it dictates our client satisfaction levels. The essential components to this role are regular property inspections, eye for detail and robust communication and reporting skills in order for this role to be as effective as it can be.
∙ Importantly it is understood that in accordance with this position sensitive and confidential information may be shared with you and it is expected that such information be treated as such at all times and not supplied or communicated to any employee or third party unless explicitly instructed to do so.
∙ Attend to after hours calls. This will be on a rotating roster with other Property Inspectors
