Easygo is seeking a agile onboarding lead who will own induction and onboarding end to end. You’ll be the single point of accountability across regions, collaborating with design, delivery and continuous improvement, and scale the Australia framework globally to Europe and LATAM while preserving local relevance.
This role redesigns the onboarding survey, turns data into real fixes, defines new metrics and reports quarterly to leadership on onboarding progress.
