- Conduct open for inspections and private inspections
- Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email and online portals
- Process rental applications and complete tenant referencing
- Present applications to rental providers with recommendations
- Prepare lease documentation and coordinate tenant sign-ups
- Liaise with prospective tenants, rental providers and Property Managers
- Ensure a seamless and professional leasing experience
- Keep properties leased quickly while maintaining strong service standards

- Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant or within residential property management
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
