Noẽma, the new Mediterranean concept from Chris Lucas and Lucas Collective in Melbourne, seeks a Head Sommelier to lead wine service from day one. You will manage the cellar, train teams, and ensure exceptional guest wine experiences.

Ideal candidates hold extensive wine knowledge across old and recent world regions, with proven leadership and stock-control experience. WSET or equivalent and Victorian RSA certification are highly regarded.
