Team Members As a Housekeeper - Hotels, you will play a crucial role in serving these stakeholders, particularly our guests and property owners, by ensuring our hotels are clean, welcoming, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

The Opportunity

This role will be responsible for the cleaning of Alloggio Public Areas as well as some motel rooms as required. You will contribute directly to our guests' experience and satisfaction, embodying our commitment to exceptional accommodation services.

Requirements Key Tasks &

Responsibilities ∙Assist with the overall presentation of all Alloggio Public Area cleaning, including addressing general lawn, garden, and small maintenance issues as they arise daily.



∙Clean common areas, including vacuuming and mopping of common area floors and hallways. ∙Check and clean laundry areas as required. ∙Ensure rubbish is emptied and back garbage areas and carparks are cleaned up as needed. ∙Perform room cleaning, including bed making, stripping beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down all surfaces. ∙Use a systematic approach to ensure rooms and cabins are maintained to a high standard. ∙Maintain ovens in a safe, clean manner. ∙Assist with restocking of linen and consumables as required. ∙Provide excellent customer service when approached with questions. ∙Maintain a high level of respect for other team members and Management. ∙Maintain gardens and lawns at Tudor and Hanbury properties. ∙Ensure public outdoor areas are clean, bins regularly emptied, ashtrays maintained, and spaces are enticing and relaxing.

About You

First impressions count; do you have the following? 20.08.24 ∙Honest and reliable with a excellent work ethic. ∙Practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role is highly regarded, but not essential as on-site training will be provided. ∙Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently. ∙Capable of working with minimal supervision. ∙Well-organized with a strong eye for detail. ∙Possess a "Can Do" approach, aligning with Alloggio's emphasis on curiosity and continuous learning. ∙Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks throughout a shift.
