Job Type: Full-time
Anglicare WA is seeking a Housing Case Manager in Rockingham on a full time fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027. You will support people who are homeless or at risk to secure and maintain stable accommodation, through case planning, budgeting, advocacy and community engagement.
You will need a Certificate IV in Human Services and demonstrated case management, safety skills and knowledge of tenancy issues.
