HRIS Data Analyst – Public Sector Organisation

URGENT 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity (with chance to extend)

Sydney based with hybrid work flexibility (2-3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Data Analyst with proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel skills. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented qualified who is passionate about data quality, HR reporting, and delivering insights that support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain HR data in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality through cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Analyse HR data and develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel to support business decision-making.
- Support HR systems through maintenance, testing, upgrades, data migration, and continuous improvement initiatives while identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency,



document reporting processes and standards, and provide support for HR reporting and data-related queries.

Key Requirements

- 5+ Years experience as Data Analyst within HRIS/HCM project environment
- Solid SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Skilled in data management and data cleaning
- Strong excel knowledge and skills
