HSE Superintendent | FIFO 2:1 or Residential | Port Hedland, WA

About the RoleGoodline is seeking experienced HSE Superintendents to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance across our Port Hedland Operations. We currently have two positions available:

- 1 x FIFO HSE Superintendent on a 2:1 roster
- 1 x Permanent Residential HSE Superintendent based in Port Hedland

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this influential leadership role is responsible for driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislative and client requirements, and providing strategic HSE support across maintenance, construction and mining-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive safety culture across all operations

- Provide strategic HSE leadership and advice to operational teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation, environmental obligations and client requirements
- Develop, implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies and procedures
- Conduct audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments




- Facilitate incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends
- Manage client HSE requirements and reporting obligations

About You• Previous experience in a HSE Superintendent, Senior HSE Advisor or HSE Management role

- Experience working within mining, construction, maintenance or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of Australian health, safety and environmental legislation
- Strong auditing, reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to safety leadership
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, regulators and operational teams
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
