- .Meet the staffing needs of subsidiary companies, recruit employees through various channels, and manage labor relations in accordance with local laws.
- Maintains Employment compliance through various employment laws.
- Partners with managers to establish HR protocols, Serves as to help identify, address and resolve problems, and recommends appropriate action and documentation.
- Provide training for employees based on the business needs of subsidiary companies, assist in developing employee growth plans, and track implementation.
- Understand the team operations and business deployment of departments, and use this as a basis to formulate reasonable human resources strategies for the enterprise.
- Provide human resources support for the development of subsidiary company teams, and help establish a reasonable performance appraisal system.
- Assist in building corporate culture and subsidiary company culture, and organize employee care activities for the company.
- Assists with internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.
- Writes all HR related policies, procedures, and reviews annually all related documentation.
- Responsible for keeping records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations for AAP Records.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or 2+ years of related experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in progressive Human Resources responsibilities.
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a rapid-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: English,
