As the strategic interface between the People Strategy and Governance Directorate and the operating business, we are seeking to appoint a highly capable and competent Human Resources Business Partner to drive implementation of the organisation's strategic workforce plan, initiatives and actions within a defined business portfolio to meet defined people and culture goals and targets.

Requirements:
- Possession of a tertiary qualification at AQF 7 (Degree) or above in a human resource, business or organisational studies field or demonstrable equivalent HR experience built progressively over at least a 5 year period would be highly regarded.
- Professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) would be highly regarded.
- This position may require the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is therefore required.

- Salary range: $4791.30 - $5132.30 p.f. (AO6)
